With her extensive professional experience as a teacher and her skills and expertise in the field of education, she decided to become a career counsellor to guide students to make the right career choices for their future.
Sreedevi believes that one of the key traits of a career counsellor is the ability to listen well. However, in order to hear the students, speak their minds, they must feel free to express their ideas and interests. To achieve that, Sreedevi establishes a safe environment for the students at the beginning of the counselling process so that they may open up to her without worrying about being judged. By listening to them carefully to what they have to say, she is able to comprehend the students' interests, goals, and aspirations. After evaluating their profiles thoroughly, she then assists them in selecting a profession that complements their skills and interests.
Every student should select a profession that aligns with their interests, says Sreedevi, in order to have a successful and fruitful professional life in the future. She wants to help as many students as she can find their perfect careers by giving essential information about the various course and career options that are available and guiding them to select the specific career choice that best matches their strengths. When students seek meaningful careers due to her counselling, Sreedevi feels content. As a career counsellor, she wants to channel the unique attributes of individuals into their careers to bring the best out of them.
To fulfill her aspirations as a career counsellor, she established Sreedevi Career Counsellor. Through her company, she aims to empower students to make well-informed decisions regarding their careers. She hopes to have a positive influence on the students and provide them with the knowledge and self-assurance they need to succeed in life and their careers.
Sreedevi mam is a great teacher and also very friendly in nature. She is an enthusiastic person, a strong stimulus for students, a pragmatic and result-oriented teacher. She always inspires me with her motives and values. Her class environment was both one of a safe space to feel comfortable and simultaneously a space where we got to push ourselves to be the professionals that we aspire to be. Thank you for being the best teacher a student could ever hope for.

It was a great experience being your student and getting your guidance for the most crucial years of every student’s life i.e during 10th and 12th Standards. Through your most joyful way of teaching you made me a best version of myself today. I was able to learn a whole lot things from you how to be ideal person and made me more confident. I've learned the most from your Voice and Speech than in any other class. You are driven with such a passion and love for what you do that you inspired me greatly. You not only taught me how to talk properly, or how to explore my voice fully; you taught me how to live better. Your high standards made us all that much better. A good education can change anyone. Sreedevi Madam is a great Principal and a great Guide. Her guidance helped both my children Karthik and Kaushik, currently studying in 12th and 10th grades respectively, to be successful in their Academics. She was a teacher to my children for 4 years, not only was she an exceptional teacher but she also guided our children personally in the right path. In 2020 my kids’ school was changed, but still she helped them through calls. She encouraged them to study well and achieve good grades. She helped Karthik choose the right stream for his 11th. She always used to ask my kids about their future and give her suggestions to improve their plan. Sreedevi Madam’s guidance has helped me and my kids to plan their future and successfully achieve their goals.
Sreedevi mam has greatly influenced my early teens. She made me realise the importance of communication skills early on in my life. She helped me, encouraged me to battle my stage fear. She never limited her teaching to the textbook and never wanted me as a student to limit myself to the textbook.
